At AXIS Integrated, we have extensive experience in developing various types of websites while specializing in the development of dynamic pages which capture data in real-time and connect it to an underlying database. We develop and support all web-related functionality including online payment processing, search/sort capability, automatic or system generated responses and tracking of referral visits, to name a few. Our ability to capture dynamic data allows us to track and provide reporting capabilities to our clients on an automated as well as ad-hoc basis for all underlying database-related activities. As an integrated marketing and technology organization, we utilize the websites and databases we create to support a number of marketing strategies such as direct mail initiatives, electronic IVR setup, external query and reporting applications, contest management, fulfillment and contact management.

The websites we develop are purpose specific including branded websites, micro-sites and websites containing multiple web portals. We provide a holistic strategic view for our clients including internet, extranet and intranet.

When developing a website on behalf of a client, we assign a number of company resources to make sure that program requirements are delivered in a timely manner, on budget and according to client specifications. The pre-development process begins with a dedicated Project Manager, who works closely with the client/agency to gather initial requirements and create a detailed process flow (Visio diagram) that captures the layout and logic of the intended website. After the process flows have been created and approved by both the client/agency and our internal IT team, the Project Manager will capture a full set of Business Rules which will govern the development of the website and its underlying database.

Once all of the requirements have been documented, AXIS typically relies on the agency to create the look and feel of the website and provide us with the creative wrapper. Although, we do employ website designers, each is typically engaged in cutting and layering the provided graphics rather than designing the website creative. Once we receive the creative elements, the program is moved on to our team of website and application development specialists. Our development environments include ASP, ASP.net, PHP, ColdFusion, Flash and Java (JSP). Throughout program duration, our IT resources are managed by the Project Manager who oversees the entire program development and provides constant client/agency liaison while managing the program timeline and providing internal UAT.
