Upon program completion, AXIS will work in conjunction with our client’s IT professionals to make sure that the client system (customer-centric database, branded website, custom web-enabled application) is successfully deployed in our production environment. Our experts will assist in the tuning of software components and process logic to ensure optimum performance and account for future utilization and scalability requirements. We will ensure that knowledge and expertise is applied to provide a continuous, disruption-free process.
AXIS hosts our client’s system at our facilities in Mississauga Ontario. At AXIS, we have taken numerous measures to ensure that the security of our clients’ data is of the utmost importance and is highly protected. We are located in a state-of-the-art 23,000 square foot facility employing high-level security measures described in the next section. To manage our Client’s systems on an ongoing basis, AXIS offers a full array of hosted systems administration services. Unless we have an explicit instruction to do so by a Client, we do not rent, trade or otherwise provide Client data files ("electronic" or "printed" format) to any other client nor to any third party individual, company or organization.
